感谢古特雷斯秘书长、非盟委员会法基主席、联合国开发计划署施泰纳署长的通报。

世界正在经历百年来最严重的传染病大流行。在疫情面前，没有国家可以成为世外桃源，也不应该有国家成为抗疫洼地。

Theworldisundergoingthemostseriouspandemicinacentury.Nocountryisafantasy-landthatcaninsulateitselffromthevirus,andnocountryshouldbeleftbehindintheglobalresponseeffort.

中国倡议举行这次安理会公开辩论会，目的就是推动国际社会重视疫情对非洲和平发展带来的严峻挑战，凝聚共识与合力，与非洲国家一道，携手战胜疫情，开展疫后重建，消除冲突根源，为非洲持久和平和可持续发展注入新的动力。为此中方愿提出四点建议：
